1、Undertake mature pre-research projects, lead the full-process development of formulations and processes for ceramic substrates, metallization and brazing, packaging and thermal management materials, and define core process routes.
2、Organize formula tuning, process iteration, performance testing and reliability verification. Establish quality standards and inspection specifications, and resolve trial-production defects and product failure issues.
3、Complete customized sample development and small-batch trial production according to market demands. Deliver process documents, SOPs and test reports to support customer sample validation.
4、Continuously optimize formulations and processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency, and enhance core properties such as thermal conductivity, insulation and mechanical strength as well as product yield.
5、Lead technical troubleshooting for process bottlenecks, underperformance and test anomalies, and develop standardized solutions.
6、Manage sub-teams for formulation, metallization and testing. Control the safety of laboratory equipment, reagents and records, and formulate departmental R&D plans and performance metrics.

3. Follow up on customer sample submissions and third-party test feedback. Summarize defects and failure issues to drive process optimization retroactively, and build simulation application test platforms.
4. Evaluate the market size, pricing, target customers and profit margin of new products to support project initiation and mass production decisions.
5. Collect industry standards and customer access specifications, sort out product certification requirements to support compliant R&D.
6. Manage department specialists, coordinate market research, customer communication and sample tracking, and issue monthly application analysis reports.

Align with the company’s overall new material development strategy, and formulate a 3–5 year medium-to-long-term technology roadmap for the R&D center covering power semiconductors, new energy thermal management and electronic ceramics. Prepare annual R&D targets, project plans, annual R&D budgets and talent development plans. Regularly report R&D achievements, budget execution and core technical bottlenecks to senior management.
2、Overall Team Management of the R&D Center
Build the R&D talent pipeline. Oversee staffing, recruitment, promotion, performance appraisal and special technical incentives across five departments. Resolve cross-departmental coordination conflicts, and establish a full-chain collaborative mechanism covering pre-research, process development, market application and industry-university-research transformation. Mitigate turnover risks of core technical personnel.
3、Full-cycle Management of Major R&D Projects
Approve project initiation for all new product pre-research, process development and joint industry-university-research research topics. Lead mid-term project reviews, sample acceptance reviews and industrial process handover reviews. Take overall responsibility for core technical routes, R&D schedules, sample delivery standards and R&D costs, and be accountable for technical success and delivery timelines of major projects.
4、Top-level Operation of External Industry-university-research Resources
Oversee strategic cooperation arrangements for academician workstations, key university laboratories and research institutes. Lead provincial and national major science and technology projects, as well as the establishment of joint enterprise-university laboratories. Liaise with government science and technology authorities, coordinate policy subsidies and qualification applications. Build an external technical think tank to resolve core process bottlenecks.
5、Intellectual Property & Standardization Control
Manage the layout of patents and technical secrets across the R&D center. Establish a standard system for new material R&D, including formulation specifications, process SOPs, testing standards and failure analysis procedures. Approve external technical exchanges, sample shipments and technology export procedures to prevent intellectual property leakage risks.
6、Laboratory Operation & Safety Management
Supervise full-dimensional operation of the center covering equipment, finance, logistics and safety. Approve large-value equipment procurement, laboratory expansion and hazardous chemical management protocols. Implement the work safety system, and organize regular safety drills and instrument calibration.
7、Industrialization Coordination & Handover
Liaise with the company’s production base to transfer mature R&D processes to production lines. Collaborate with the sales team to sort out customers’ long-term technical requirements, and balance resource allocation between short-term customized development and long-term cutting-edge pre-research.
