The leaders of the work committee and their team came to Andias

On November 17, 2021, Cao Wei, the full-time deputy secretary of the two new working committees of the Loudi Municipal Party Committee, led by Chen Xueqi, the director of the office of the two new working committees of the Municipal Party Committee, and Liu Hongbo, the full-time deputy secretary of the two new party working committees of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, led a delegation of five to investigate and evaluate the creation of a municipal benchmark party organization at Andias Electronic Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Andias) in Loudi City.

The research team conducted evaluations by holding symposiums, examining the construction of the "Five Modernizations" of enterprises, and comparing the evaluation scores with the "Provincial and Municipal Benchmark Evaluation Standard Scoring Table for Party Organizations of Private Enterprises". During the on-site research and evaluation work, the research team listened to the introductions of the company's chairman Kang Dinghua and the party branch secretary Dai Wantong on the party building work and the company's production, operation, and development situation. They also conducted on-site inspections of the company's production situation in the workshop. The attending leaders fully affirmed the achievements made in various aspects such as the establishment of the city level benchmark party organization, enterprise operation and management, and corporate culture construction of the Andias party branch.
