After careful planning by the administrative personnel center of the company, the first "System in My Heart" knowledge competition in 2023 was held at 2pm on March 10, 2023 at the Party Mass Activity Center of the Economic and Technological Development Zone. The competition covers all aspects of corporate culture, administrative systems, product knowledge, safety knowledge, quality knowledge, and operational processes. After strict selection by various departments, a total of 9 teams and 45 participants participated.

The competition kicked off with the passionate slogans of each team, and was divided into four stages: mandatory questions, competitive questions, risk questions, and additional questions.

Whether it is a multiple choice question, a blank filled question or a question and answer question, the players of each team can work together tactfully. They can answer questions about their own post knowledge without hesitation. They can also calmly respond to questions that they are not good at, and complement each other, which fully demonstrates everyone's sufficient knowledge reserves and excellent adaptability.

Throughout the entire competition, the participating teams competed and chased each other, with endless applause and cheers from the audience, pushing the atmosphere to one climax after another.

After an hour and a half of intense competition, the Metal Dream Team of AMP Factory won the first prize, the Wolf Team of ACP Factory won the second prize, the Hidden Dragon Crouching Tiger Team composed of various logistics departments won the third prize, and other teams won the Excellence Award. The chairman and company leaders presented them with bonuses, prizes, and certificates of honor.

The successful holding of the knowledge competition further enhances the learning awareness of all employees in the company, effectively promotes their learning, mastery, and application of knowledge, and ensures that the company's cultural and institutional construction reaches a new level.
